Please Note- We are ONLY able to accept *CASH, Certified Money Order and PAYPAL* at this time.
Babies may be Reserved and put on Hold with a non-refundable minimum $10 deposit (Holland Lops), minimum $20 deposit (all other breeds) or paid in full but buyer must pick up their bunny within 1 weeks time after the 'ready date' or your hold on a specific bunny will be forfeit (unless you make prior arrangements with me). And after 2 weeks all payments will also be forfeit (again unless prior arrangements are made) and no longer applicable to another available bunny. Any buyer who backs out or fails to show up at the agreed upon place and time for pickup forfeits all payments already made. By placing a non-refundable deposit buyers understand and agrees to the possibility of a rabbit becoming unavailable, sick or dying. This is extremely rare since by an older age they have passed the risk of most health issues, however it is possible. In this case we will be happy to apply your deposit to another available bunny of choice and if it was a specific color that I have no more of at that time buyer is placed at first pick for the next litter expecting that color.
We are a Closed Rabbitry which means we do not allow visitors to come into the rabbitry. Please understand we have Nothing to hide- this is simply to protect our bunnies as well as all of our other animals on the property- and is a common practice to ensure Health and Wellness, disease prevention and unnecessary stress to the rabbits.
So pick up of rabbits will be at a agreed upon and set meetup location. PLEASE bring a carrier of some kind for your new bunny(s) because they Will Not be allowed to leave without being placed in one. Any buyer who backs out or fails to meet at the agreed upon location and time will forfeit any payments already made.
We reserve the right to hold a rabbit for longer than the stated 'weaning period' for any reason if we feel its necessary and buyer understands that it is possible their reserved rabbit may not be ready to go home exactly the day it is weaned. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person for any reason, or cancel a sale, which includes a concern for the welfare of the rabbit at its intended new home. We Will sell our Standard Rex for meat and pelts but that Does Not mean we will allow the animals to be mistreated for any length of time before they are actually dispatched and processed. This includes any drawn-out and ineffective method of 'dispatch.' We are happy to offer advice and techniques to ensure Humane meat processing.
We strive for the healthiest, friendliest and well-socialized bunnies possible and do everything we can to ensure that for each and every single bunny. We will never sell a bunny with any compromising illness or injury. We do sometimes have babies available with Non-harmful/affecting conditions -they will always be sold as Pets Only and their injury disclosed openly. An example would be missing extremities from Mom Overcleaning (usually first-timers and is actually very common) or blindness in an eye. Plenty of 1-eared or 3 legged bunnies live long happy lives as well-loved healthy pets (just like dogs). Once a rabbit leaves our care and is placed in the care of the buyer however we are no longer responsible should something happen to your rabbit. We do not guarantee the safety of any rabbit once its leaves our possession. We Highly encourage the buyer to follow the Transition Instructions to ensure a smooth, stress-free as possible transition of your bunny into its new home with you!
**Please note-- we do our best to sex babies correctly; however, it can be tricky sometimes and although mistakes are rare they do happen -even breeders with 30+ years experience have been visited by 'the sex change fairy' to the rabbit they were Sure was a buck or a doe. If you purchased a rabbit you believe was mis-sexed contact us immedietaly and we will do our best to resolve any mix-ups, with our apologies.**
*No Bunny will leave Before these stated ages*
Holland Lops... 8 weeks
Standard Rex... 8 weeks
Flemish Giants... 12 weeks
Giant Rex... 10 weeks
Each bunny will go with a bag of transition feed
Holland Lops... $40-$80 ($50-$100 BEWs)
Standard Rex... $50-$80 ($60-$100 BEWs & vm)
Flemish Giants... $70-$125
Giant Rex... $60-$120 ($80-$150 REX Fur)
*FINAL prices will depend on overall condition, quality, genetics and "color common-ness" of each individual rabbit. More rare or colors more difficult to breed and produce may be priced higher.
"Pet Quality" Bunnies will sometimes be available for largely reduced prices. These rabbits will have some kind of trait or characteristic that disqualifies them from being showable or simply fail to produce. They will NOT have any chronic illness (such as "snuffles") but may have physical limitations (see above also) such as missing extremities or even something as simple as floppy ears that should be erect for that breed.
We raise all of our bunnies as close to the Standard of Perfection for each breed as possible for type and fur. Some of the Colors we intentionally breed for are not varieties currently accepted on the show table. If one of our rabbits is purchased for showing or future breeding we make no guarantees they will place or do well for the judges. We also make no guarantees of how well a rabbit will produce in the future. We are not responsible if they are not winners on the show table or fail to become successful breeders at maturity. We do Not personally show and therefore Do Not have the Full List of all possible DQ's for each of the breeds. It is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to check over each rabbit for health and gender verification before leaving and taking ownership. This is an especially good idea if the buyer intends to Show that rabbit in the future.
